Render Tool To Output To Multiple Tabs And Dynamically Assign FileName

Here is my Object with the attached,

Output to an XLSX file 3 different tabs while defining a name on each tab that contains data, and assign a dynamic filename to the output from the data within the file.

With what I've attempted in the attached workflow, I'm getting a Grouping Field Cannot Be Empty When Generating Multiple Reports but I don't see any fields that are empty? Also where do I tell Alteryx what the tab names should be?

I don't see any field that hasn't been filled out so I'm not sure what to do for this

You were pretty close! 

Here is how I would go about this. I added formula tools to create the tab names, and then grouped everything together using a layout tool before the render.
