not proud of this one. I should have used a simple case statement instead I think
Day 4, 2 tools total, but imo a formula tool with multiple calcs in it should count as 1 per calc in which case I'd score a lot more
just working through my backlog of unsubmitted challenges
I hit 1st macro for AOC 2024 on part 2 of Day 4. This year AoC seems more intense than I remember back in 2022
And this is where life slowed me down.
sure looks like everyone else had much more elegant solutions than I did, but it works.
Upon review, I probably could have placed these tools closer together. Here's my day 4 solution:
