Internal Error Message

Question

I am receiving the following message when I import an excel that I created through Alteryx previously. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

Error: Input Data (1): Internal error in Xerces parser: The input ended before all started tags were ended. Last tag started was 'sheetData'

Hi @Rwollenschlager,

1) Can you copy all the data to another excel sheet and rename it to the same original sheet?
2) If you have a filter set in Excel sheets, and the filter has a selection with restricted XML characters ( & < > " , ), you can run into this kind of issue. Can you clear these filters from the source data to see if that helps?
