Multiple Email in Draft

I have the below table

I want to email in draft for each report

so, from below I want 4 emails  to be created

each email will go to different people lets say a@gmail.com, b@gmail.com , c@gmail.com and D@gmail.com

how can i use this table and have multiple email created in draft so that it can be checked before sending it out?

Because this isn't the traditional approach in sending email with Alteryx, the standard Email tool won't help you here.
