How to compare columns / Summarize tool

Hello everyone,

I need your help with a report: I have a list of label approval jobs which, at least in theory, should have 2 approvers. The first approval is always internal and the 2nd one (if it exists) is external. The approvals are not necessarily put the same day.

So I need to group them by job and the approver(s) for each of them. I thought I needed to use the Summarize tool so I can first find out if every job has indeed 2 approvers but I'm not sure how to use it.

Any tips you can give me? Are there other Alteryx tools that can give me a faster/better result?

It would be easier if you have an alteryx flow, then it would be easier to help you. However, I do believe the Summarize tool would be the best tool given the description. You can group by job if they are unique, and then concat the names if you want to do so for example.
