Workout a Calculation Formula

Question

Hello there, is there a way for me to workout the formula (as per attachment) on Alteryx? I will be importing the tab into Alteryx, and want to work out a way to create the formula as per tab. E.g. Specific row&column value multiply by Specific row&column value Can you please guide me? Formula Workflow.xlsx

@cluk019  On the surface I don't think this formula shouldn't be too difficult to work out in Alteryx. I think the reason you haven't got a reply yet though is that it's not clear enough what you're trying to do. I'd be making a lot of assumptions at every step here. I'm unsure about how the 'effect on/from' would be calculated, and I think maybe the last few rows of the formula are missing their F2 values. If you know what the answer would be too in this instance that makes things easier to work towards.
