User should be able to Enter Rows and store in text input/csv output, for example

Current Text input:

Expected Text output (can be a table)

Row 99 added (in yellow),I don’t need all fields, just 1 or 2 fields would be great to start with and rest can be nulls

I tried something but probably not the most efficient way. It will update a single record. Test with Browse because the Update overwrites the entire file the way that I did it.
