Locate help files for the secret settings

Hello!

I'm practicing for the 2nd Core Exam. One of the tasks mentioned "See help Files for secret settings". 

I got the formula correct, but was curious for future assistance how to use the files for the secret settings. See the hint in the workflow below as example.
