Merit Matrix

Hello,

As an HR employee I'm interested in using Alteryx to help allocate pay increases using a merit matrix. I'd ideally like Alteryx to calculate the percentage of an employee based on their personal comparatio (first row) and the performance (first column).

Would this be possible?
