Unfortunately this solution cannot be adjusted to my dataset because in my original dataset I have more columns/rows.

Sorry for the confusion I just wanted to know universal method.

Please find my original dataset (more columns than rows and net new money/loans instead measure1/measure2).

Below desired output.
