how would I write this formula in Alteryx?

•Out of the cases with Email (which should be within a day of initial out date), on what day did the case get resolved?

•Out of the cases without Email, on what day did the case get resolved?

any suggestions would be helpful!

I think it should be a datetimediff ? Rest indicator I means w email text and R means without email text
