Dataset cleaning question(updated question)

Hi,

Question 1

I have an input(attached) and the expected output, shown in Picture A. Can anyone advise what is the best way to achieve this?

Question 2

When i tried it in Alteryx the first issue i encountered shown in Picture B, is the first row(Revenue test, *blank*, *blank*, Throughput of DH) have its merged fields given F##( ## = numbers) due to them being merge. Is there anyway that merge fields can carry the original field name? So in state of showing F2,F3,F4 show (Revenue test, *blank*, *blank*, Throughput of DH))
