Create a new column based on the first value of a tile/gorup

Hello dear community,

I do have to tranform a nested JSON into a table, but I am facing a last problem I cannot solve.

I have to create a new column using the group number from a GIVEN COLUMN (JSON name or tile number), and assign the first value of the group in a SECOND COLUMN (JSON name) in a NEW COLUMN.

I do not manage to do so, you can find below a visual reprentation to understand more easily. Is what I am trying to do possible?
