Creating all possible combinations

Hello! I am trying to create all possible combinations of countries: Germany - Germany (DEDE), Germany - Switzerland (DECH) etc.. Is there a way to do that with Alteryx? As i find it weird on how to make combinations of different countries.. THANK YOU!
