I recently passed the Alteryx Designer Advanced certification exam and was informed that I would receive an email from Credly within 48 hours to accept my digital badge. However, I have not received this email despite checking my spam/junk folder and ensuring that admin@Credly.com is whitelisted in my email contacts.
I'm reaching out to seek assistance on resolving this issue. I've followed the instructions provided but haven't had any luck in receiving the email.
Could someone please advise on the next steps I should take to ensure that I receive the email from Credly and can proceed with accepting my certification badge?
Any help or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
