We Were Inspired Aboard the USS Midway

We said “all aboard!” and that’s all it took for Alteryx Inspire 2016 attendees to swarm the decks of the USS Midway at last night’s gala party.

Here at Inspire 2016 in San Diego, we’re celebrating the thousands of data analysts and line-of-business users who leverage Alteryx to drive workplace independence - enabling individual accomplishments that weren’t previously possible. We’re honoring the analysts who drive deeper insights for their companies, whose stories illustrate self-reliance and empowerment.

It seemed fitting for us to hold this year’s gala aboard the USS Midway, the decommissioned aircraft carrier who served her country for 47 years and now sits in San Diego harbor. The Midway now serves as a compelling tribute to the hundreds of thousands of men and women who served their country, and certainly inspired our attendees last night with an appreciation for courage and freedom.

Last night, we enjoyed:

• Tours of the ship given by veterans
• Piloting jets in realistic flight simulators
• Watching the sun set over Coronado Island
• Networking with our peers
• Great food, drinks, music and other activities.
