Which tool I can use as Excel VLOOKUP

Hi All,

I wanted to replace a Calc value to source data that I have, however I tried using the Find and Replace tool I am unable to get the result.

Below is my problem statement.

@shivanand612 , you can use the Find and Replace tool to lookup your 'Lookup' field and append the Value field. See the attached
