Power BI Output Tool to update existing PowerBI dashboard

I am attempting to use Alteryx to standardize a data set and merge it to an existing dataset that I have used to create a PowerBI dashboard. My question is, is it possible to output the newly created dataset to my existing PowerBI dashboard? The data from both datasets would be standardized so that all that is created is extra rows. Would it then be possible to use the updated dataset on my existing visuals? Overall I am looking to see if it is possible to output a dataset to an existing dashboard rather than creating a new dashboard every time I create a new dataset. Thanks
